Effective date: 2026-10-29 Terra ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you when you visit our brand website or place an order. Information we collect We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number, order contents, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we do not studio full card numbers or security codes on our servers. We also collect device, browser, IP address, referral, and usage information automatically when you browse the studio. How we use information We use personal information to process and deliver orders, communicate about purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve our products and brand website, comply with legal obligations, and—where permitted—send marketing communications you have requested. We rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations as applicable. Sharing and international transfers We share information with service providers that help us operate the studio, including payment processors, hosting, logistics, analytics, email, and fraud-prevention providers. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are required to protect it. Orders may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Retention and security We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, request a portable copy, withdraw consent, or exercise rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. You may also have the right to appeal or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact support@terra.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Children Our studio is not directed to children below the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Changes and contact We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For privacy questions, contact support@terra.com.
Effective date: 2026-10-29 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Terra website, products, and services. By browsing the studio or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the studio. Eligibility and account use You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the studio under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Products and availability We aim to describe products accurately, including colors, dimensions, materials, and included items. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly due to lighting, displays, or manufacturing batches. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing or description errors before fulfillment; if an order is cancelled after payment, the amount charged for the affected item will be refunded. Pricing, taxes, and payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed at order process and may change without notice. Shipping, duties, import taxes, and other destination charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the order total and applicable fees. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and confirmed. Shipping, returns, and cancellations Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier and applicable law. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy published on this site, which form part of these Terms. Intellectual property and acceptable use All studio content, branding, product photography, copy, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Terra and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use the studio to violate law, interfere with security, transmit malware, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access. Disclaimers and limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Terra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses beyond the amount paid for the affected order, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Governing law, changes, and contact These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Terra, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Questions may be sent to support@terra.com.
Effective date: 2026-10-29 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that are damaged, altered, washed, installed, or missing parts may not qualify. To start a return, email support@terra.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the payment provider's normal processing time. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the item was our error. Replacements may be offered when available. Exceptions For hygiene, safety, personalized, final-sale, digital, and perishable products, returns may be limited or unavailable as disclosed at purchase or required by law. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Chargebacks Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. We reserve the right to provide transaction and delivery records in response to a payment dispute.
Effective date: 2026-10-29 We ship to the destinations shown at order process. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees; customs, weather, peak periods, or address issues may cause delays. Tracking A tracking number is emailed when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact support@terra.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. International orders, duties, and taxes Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless expressly included at order process. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a parcel enters customs. Refused parcels may incur return shipping and handling charges, which may be deducted from any refund. Incorrect addresses and lost parcels Please verify your address before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, though we will help where possible. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier's resolution and applicable law.
Effective date: 2026-10-29 You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Contact support@terra.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will attempt to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or carrier handoff has begun. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the amount charged for the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be refunded where the order has not shipped. If the order has already shipped, please use the return process in the Refund & Return Policy. We may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing or listing errors occur, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
